Hedge Cutting

Hedge cutting services and further information about hedge cutting.

It is an offence under Section 1 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act of 1981 to intentionally take, damage or destroy the nest of any wild bird while it is in use or being built. The RSPB recommend that cutting hedges and trees is avoided between March and August as this is the main breeding season for nesting birds, but as we all know, warmer weather in general means that some birds are starting to nest earlier in the year.

If you want to make sure that your hedges and trees (or your neighbours’) are healthy and safe or you would simply like more light in your garden, give us a call to arrange your free visit and quotation. Whether it’s planting, pruning, removing, surveying or advice we have all the skills and resources at Jenks Group to help you.
